1. Is car park available ?

We have multistory car park for 3 vehicles which is served first-come basis.
When it’s full, you are leaded to public parking near by.

2. Can I check my luggage at hotel prior check-in and/or after check-out?

Yes, expect valuables.

3. Can I mail my luggage prior to date of my stay?

Yes. Please write your full name and date of stay on the slip. Collect, cold and frozen mails are not acceptable.

4. Can I mail my luggage from the hotel?

Yes. You can mail your luggage by collect (by YAMATO transport)

5. Are smoking rooms available?

No. We have non-smoking rooms only, but a smoking area is provided at outside of lounge

6. Is laundry available?

Yes. You can receive your clothes at 18:00PM if you take your clothes to front desk before 9:00AM on the same date.

7. Can I use internet in the hotel?

We offer free Wi-Fi. Free rental LAN cable is available for your stay.

8. Can I get a massage in my room?

Yes. JPY6,000 for 1 hour.

9. Do you have an air cleaner and a humidifier?

Yes. We rent them for free for your stay.

10. What is your cancel policy?

If the reservation is canceled 2 days before the intended check-in day: 20%
If the reservation is canceled the day before the intended check-in day: 30%
If the reservation is canceled on the intended check-in day: 80%
When a gust becomes a no-show: 100%
